The Solution Mixer is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a stirring shaft and blade etc.There are many types of mixing blades,but no matter what type of blade, when the mixer in operation, the shaft power consumption has two parts.One part is the blade to produce drainage amount, another part is produced by the blade pressure head.The pressure head of the blade can be divided into two parts, namely, static pressure head and shear force.When the blade of the mixer is operated, the static pressure head must be overcome, and the shearing force causes the material to be dispersed and mixed.Therefore, according to the blade to produce liquid discharge, to overcome the static pressure head and the shear capacity of the size, can be divided into three basic types of all blades,namely,flow type, pressure type and shear type.Each blade is provided with some basic functions (such as the basic action of a flow paddle), and also provides two other functions (shear and overcome static pressure).
